changed your mind? no drama. 30 days, free, no questions.
the short version
you've got 30 days from the day it lands. returns are free, and we're not going to interrogate you about why.
the only rule: unworn, unwashed, tags still on. try it on over your clothes, walk around your room, decide properly — just don't wear it out and then send it back.
how to send it back
1. tell us
go to your account, find the order, hit start return. no account? just email [email protected] with your order number.
2. pack it up
reuse the bag it came in if you still have it. pop the return slip in, or just scribble your order number on a bit of paper.
3. post it
we'll email you a prepaid label — print it, stick it on, drop it at any post office. costs you nothing.
4. get your money
we check it over within 2-3 working days, then refund the way you paid. your bank takes another 5-10 to actually show it.
swapping sizes
honestly the fastest way is to just order the size you want now and send the first one back. that way it doesn't sell out while your return is in the post.

returning from abroad
same 30 days wherever you are. the one difference: outside our main regions you cover the postage back to us.
message us before you send it so we can tell you where it's going, and please use something tracked — it protects you if it goes missing.
customs charges you already paid can't be refunded by us — that's your country's, not ours.
sale items
anything marked final sale can't come back unless it turns up damaged. it says so on the product page and again at checkout, so you'll know before you pay.
check the measurements twice on those ones.
it arrived damaged
that shouldn't happen, and if it does it's on us. send a photo to [email protected] within 7 days.
we'll replace it or refund you in full. usually you won't even need to post the damaged one back.
we sent the wrong thing
sorry. email [email protected] with your order number and a photo of what actually turned up.
the right one goes out straight away, free, and we'll send a prepaid label for the wrong one.
when the money lands
you'll get an email the moment we've checked your return in. we refund within 2-3 working days of that.
then it's down to your bank — usually 5-10 working days to show up. if the return was our mistake, you get the original postage back too.
